What a cool day. From the moment I met Mark and Maxine I knew that photographing their wedding was going to be a cool and fun affair. They both had a lot of individual style and are into music and fashion influenced by the ska music of the 60's. On the day Mark rocked the coolest pair of two tone shoes and Maxine a classic bob styled by the team from Shine hairdressers.
The day was wet and windy which made getting the giant balloons out of the car fairly interesting but we hardly even noticed the weather. The ceremony was at the Castle and was lovely and intimate. There wasn't a dry eye in the room and the couple walked out to the sound 'All you need is love....'
The car was also pretty special. It was an electric blue mini cooper with the the mod logo on the top. We took it to the beach for some photos where we bumped into a few local characters and had a bit of a laugh and a joke before heading to the Italian restaurant Elements to crack open a bottle of the bubbly and sit down for a meal. l left the party and joined them all later at the Beach at Bude for a cocktail or three. Thanks for a great day. Wishing you all the best for the future!
