After shooting the wedding in the New Forest I made the journey back to Cornwall for Beth and Rob's wedding. I know Rob from working on Summerleaze beach in Bude where we both teach surfing. We had talked about the wedding plans in the run up to the big day. It was very much an outdoor wedding and so I was very excited for them both when I woke to find the blazing sun at 6 in the morning.
The ceremony and drinks reception was held at Little Pinson Farm and was beautifully arranged in an open field with a superb back drop of rolling countryside. There was a cool white piano and guests were asked to wear their wellies. The afternoon was filled with fun and games and plenty of bubbles. Rob had also painted their VW camper white and gold and it was fun to use it as part of the photographs. It was a beautiful ceremony and it was hard not to feel the bounding love Rob and Beth have for each other as they were driven off to the Lakeside at Roadford Lake.
Afternoon tea was served at the Lakeside. They all did a great job at Roadford Lake and it was a stunning day at a stunning venue. As the sun went down everyone joined arm in arm and danced the night away. It was good to see everyone getting involved and having so much fun. Good luck to Rob and Beth who are moving to New Zealand. You will be missed but its always good to have a friend on the other side of the world to visit. Good luck Mr and Mrs Haveswood.
